By playing MapGuesser you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Use of the game
MapGuesser is provided free for personal, educational and non-commercial use. You may not attempt to break, overload or scrape the service, or use it to break the law. Automated access is limited to ordinary search-engine crawling.
Maps and content
Boundaries are simplified for play. They are not a legal or navigational authority, and disputed borders may not match every political view. Country statistics are estimates from public data and may be out of date.
No warranty
The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or remove features.
Intellectual property
The MapGuesser name, logo and original game code are ours. Map data, flags and fonts remain under their own licences, listed on the credits page.
